gcc3.4/make dvi creates .pdf instead of .dvi files

Same bug on Solaris 8/Sparc with gcc-3.4.5
I happened to have ansidecl.h from binutils-2.16 in a path
included in CFLAGS. Moving this file somewhere else fixes this bug.
Configure flags:
--enable-shared \
--enable
