Compilers tested: gcc version 10.0.0 20190930, several Fedora system compilers,
e.g., Fedora 29 (gcc version 9.2.1 20190827 (Red Hat 9.2.1-1).
Consider the simple program
arameter "this": it is suddenly not marked
with DW_AT_artificial.
The same thing happens with class methods, too.
