And shouldn't a header/library mismatch segfault without optimisation as well?
But if it works for you I'll just see with the next gcc version I get.

Hm. I didn't use -lrtgcc, that must have been a typo/copy&paste error, I
definitely used -lrt

Same thing happens with "-O2 -fno-strict-aliasing", I've thrown in "-W -Wall
-Werror" for fun and get no warnings/errors. Program keeps segfaulting.
