I guess your system does not work in Windows very well. It is a bug as the
libraries are not installing properly but I can't give you exact reason.

I can't get it to work with mingw:
gcc -ldlfcn -> not found
Libraries on Mingw are in about 10 different folders.
I may use cygwin.
