18251gcc34.patch.bz2 makes termios.c and arpcache.i to compile again on
3_4-20050305.

Andy's patch works great for HEAD, but I get
patching file avr.md
Hunk #1 FAILED at 344.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file avr.md.rej
when patching 3_4 branch.

It still fails with 4.0.0 20050209.
BTW, it only fails with -Os. (-O0 to -O3 are OK)
3_4 branch is OK, too.
