I tried to resend the attachment (*.ii file) in compressed form as an e-mail
attachment to gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org, after the uncompressed attachment was
supposedly also too big and the earlier mail didn

I have tried to attach the test.ii file, however it is too big (1.6 MB - must
use some of the boost/spirit template library headers). I have send the file as
an
attachment to gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org and
