There were problems with my original patch (Sadly, I don't recall the

No segfault, but it does give an "is already declared in this scope" error.
Contrary to the claim in the initial bug submission, this is valid code.

I've just run into this problem trying to test an unrelated change.
Here's a puzzler, though. If I run the g++.dg/rtti/repo1.C test, it compiles
