Yeah, the generic code is not buggy, it seems sane to assume AND is
integral/vector integer operation only, but I think i?86 isn't the only backend
that uses AND on vector float

the malloc and __builtin_malloc variant now enter symbol merging. Fixing that
doesn't fix the issue, but the following seems "correct" anyway:

looks valid. The "movsf_ie" patter
