Successfully bootstrapped and installed gcc 4.3.1, using mingw32 (msys)
under WinXP.
config.guess is having problems though.

--prefix=/mingw --with-mpfd=/usrlocal --with-gmp=/usrloc

the 4.3.0 version compiled and installed without promblems, using msys
under WindowsXP SP2.
