OK, I think I've got to the bottom of this. It is an LXDE (and Mageia
(whatever)) issue. It relates how it handles "not finding" an icon in
/usr/sha

Interesting, the IDE is using "Tango" theme, the Application.Theme
is "lxde", which is in fact pointing to "Tango".
Maybe this is an OpenBox/LXDE iss

The IDE uses the icon theme defined in the option dialog, which is "Gambas"
