ide the report shows as expected but when i build an exe the report is all
wrong?

ok so what i found was first you have to set the text
then the strikeout
What i was doing was
if canceled
gridview1.font.strikeout=true
end
gridview1[0,0].text="hello"
this used to work for me and over the whole row
now i have to set each column :-(
