I have no opinion for or against. But what would the extensions do? I think
the IDE pretty much have all the possible useful things..?
I guess something special without general usage. I would be interested in
hearing some ideas.

for the sake of comfort and speed I compile my gambas projects and libs
via a makefile and Debian debuild.
So I can do a "debuild binary" in a script and get a project.deb
Since Gambas 3.9 my build breaks, when inside debuild. Here are the
relevant output lines:

Namespaces
This really could lift Gambas development to a new level because it
would be easy to share libraries without worrying about any name
collissions.
