New information on my problem. I went to the GambasWIKI site and
followed these three instructions under the "Gambas3 Stable" header
(which is how I installed it the first time):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/gambas3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gambas3

It's probably due PPA changing it's gpg key not sure.
