That is not a patch, it's a full copy of gambas321. It copies all files to
/usr/bin
/usr/share/gambas3
/usr/lib/gambas3

I've try with the trunk too and the same issues occurred.
On debian, a link have to be done from /usr/include/llvm-3.2/llvm to
/usr/include/llvm for it work.
