To be more accurate, I would like to implement something like you have

and you can move them inside the IDE.

I try the proxy configuration today and you limit the port of the proxy from 0
to 100 and it's not a good idea
because it must be a range from 0 to 65535 (2^16)
The standard port for a proxy is 3138 or 8080.
