You can of course Lock the whole form design already with the lock button at

There seems to be an inconsistancy in the foreground colouring of controls,
when the container they are in is disabled.
For example if you have a vertical or horizonatal box, containing a number of
controls, if the control is a textbox, option button, then if the container is
disabled
