I'll add that this one got my attention because we include an older version of SQLite in the FreeDOS distribution. The monthly test release has version 3.5.6a: https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/distributions/test/report.html .. then scroll down and click on 'sqlite' .. htt
