This isn't -current, but it is 5.1-R. If you have some stuff to improve
apm, I'd be interested in it since I can't suspend my machine right

Nate asked me to rewrite "zzz" to support both APM and ACPI.
I wanted to make sure that the environment of current + APM looks like I
think it does by looking at the code.
