Ditto here. I just tried a rm -fr /usr/obj and then make buildworld.
It's still running but it's a slow machine.

with my card. I'm still using the stock pccard.conf
file with the 0x1 flag. The card works fine.
BTW, it's using version 2.xx firmware from Intel.
I am not seeing the dhclient problem reported by others.
