Not sure about FreeBSD 11 or 10, but when you try to use cpuctl(4) and
Intel microcode from
http://git.exherbo.org/summer/packages/firmware/intel-microcode/index.html
this causes an error.

I decided to give a try to WITH_AUTO_OBJ and noted the first time I ran
buildworld it failed with following message:
