The testcase should use dg-additional-options instead of dg-options to
not overwrite default compile flags that include path for finding
the IEEE modules.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gfortran.dg/ieee/comparisons_3.F90: Use dg-additional-options
instead of dg-options.
