Can't get the horse out of the gate

Hi and thx in adv. Started this tut , have TDM-GCC 10.3.0-2 and Notepad++, am trying diff extensions (.f90, .f03, etc) but nothing giving. What am I missing? -- *"Make the best of your time while you're here"*
