Both jack-0.116.0 and jack-keyboard compile successfully on OS X and
Linux. So, I was wondering if it would be possible to also add JACK MIDI
support for the next release. This could be a nice way to rout different
MIDI inputs to multiple instances of fluidsynth particularly on OS X.
