I guess you ran cmake in the src/ subfolder. However, you should run cmake from
the top level fluidsynth folder, e.g. fluidsynth-1.1.11/

I am having an issue in CMake with the CMakeLists.txt. I am running configure
on a Windows GUI for CMake. I did all the prerequisites for building with
visual studio.
