Compiling example fluidsynth_simple.c
Both the libfluidsynth.so and fluidsynth.h are present
Compile cannot find all the header files mentioned in fluidsynth.h
Advise please,

Qsynth 3.5 comes with Fludisynth 1.1.1 (which was somewhat buggy
