If I don't specify sample rate, it spits out:
fluidsynth: warning: Jack sample rate mismatch, expect tuning issues
(synth.sample-rate=44100, jackd=96000)
I don't understand why this is an issue. You're supposed to set the
synth sample rate to the jack sample rate no matter w
fluidsynth.

Running fluidsynth-1.0.9, which is really nice, thanks;), but it reports:

I run with -r 96000 and it's fine, but why don't you just get the
sample rate from JACK?;).
