Wow Pedro! Thank you for taking the time to do this and provide such
detailed instructions on the necessary steps. If I can't make it work
now I should throw my computer in the ocean and find my slide rule.

I've tried VS2010 Express to build FluidSynth, without incidents. I've used a
clean WinXP-sp3 virtual machine, without any other software installed.
Attached is a detailed log, with all the steps and versions.

CMake does not find the headers by itself. The headers a
