Just an update. Using sqlite I was able to easily dump the tickets data.
I'll be looking into something like what Jimmy suggested to automate the
submission of tickets. Maybe I can do the same for comments too, though all
the comments would be under one user, though I could indicate who the

Thank you all for the responses and hosting offers! Things are rolling
along with the SourceForge migration path and their technical support has
been very quick to resolve issues as they have come up. I'm beginning to
also think that the SourceForge path is best, so lets go that route.
