Thanks for the response on this. It was the double space in the 'MIDI
Yoke: 4' that was preventing me from getting it working with what I
tried. Now I'm all set! I'm hoping to get a windows build environment
put together soon so that I can begin testing 0.3.3.1.

0.3.3.1 ie. todays cvs head.
