Talking of .NET bindings, the tao framework could do with better sound
support. FluidSynth would make an excellent addition.

nice to have a .NET binding for FluidSynth. I'm working on moving the
FluidSynth web page to Trac. This will hopefully be done within the
week. I'll add a link (or you could also do that) when the new system
is in place.

Thank you for the patch contribution. Unfortunately I have not yet had
time to look at it. It sounds like it touches on some good things
though. The extern declaration could be added to the FLUIDSYNTH_API
macro if needed, since that precedes every API function. If its not
