Did someone had a time to look at the patches from this implementation (other
than patch for float emulation)?
Or should I first rebase code to the newest version (since there were changes
in aacsbr and probably on some other places), make changes in float emulation
and resend ent

Most of the requests from review of float emulation done by Reimar are
integrated in this patch set.
Also some improvements were made on most of the other patches so I decided to
send entire patch set.
