I had a look on the calendar but it doesn't mention when to expect
the accept/decline emails from the EPC talk management team.
Would be great if you could get those out by the end of this week,
so that speakers can start working on the talks.

If you arrive late, you'll need to catch a taxi. Since the bus stops
fairly early (not sure when exactly... maybe 10pm... I can't
remember). So check the timetable if you're arriving late.
But the bus is fine to catch, and cheap :) However you'll need some
coin Litas - which are hard to ge
