Well, I fixed my issue! My imlib2 loaders got fubard, a simple recompile fixed
it.

I've been using gentoo's ebuilds for all of my EFL related stuff because all I
ran was iconbar and elicit.
With all the new exiciting stuff going on in the EFL and CVS I decided to
remove all the and just install it for myself.
