There are a few guides to using Edje, which is the theme format used
for e17, but very little theme specific documentation. I would
recommend finding these edje documents first, and walk through some of
the concepts, building some samples as you go. Then your best bet is

I want to help out the project by creating new themes for E17 but I
can't seem to find appropriate documentation. I've looked at the wiki
and the various sites, even trolled through the mailing list archives
but it seems like a goose chase.
