maybe if you edit your .eap to run a script which launches your program
and then executes something like enlightenment_remote to change to the
desktop your application is started you can get what you want.

Some of my applications have virtual desktop preference saved in
"Windows Remember" settings.
Is it possible to automatically switch to that desktop when I launched
