I had this problem too few days ago. I disabled xine backend at compilation
time and it compiles fine now :P (--disable-xine)

Using logic, if something is undefined, it does not exist or have a
value. It was trying to reference something that didn't exist. The
'engrave_eet_output' suggests 2 things:
1) A bug
2) Engrave or eet aren't installed.
Try #2 first.
