New version of E uses a check for old themes.
If the theme is too old, E doesn't load it. There's a few of working E19
theme, I've build a port of the GTK theme Radiance, if you are
interested.

I've complete the port of the Ubuntu's GTK Radiance Theme for E19.
It is written used color classes so it easly customizable and you can
change colors to fit your favorite GTK Themes.
