I just updated Brave to the latest version, based on Chromium 98, and
almost immediately noticed an odd problem that hadn't been there
before with Chromium 97.
Every time the browser window is re-displayed, it is resized smaller.

No issues with Telegram Desktop 3.2.5 (installed from FreeBSD packages),
running on FreeBSD 12.2 using Enlightenment and EFL from Git.
The Telegram Desktop is built with Qt 5.15.
I don't use tray icon for Telegram Desktop.
