I can't find anything specific to which commit version is in sparky repos,
the best guest I have is that is based on e19.8 tgz, from this post
http://sparkylinux.org/enlightenment-0-19-8/.

Maybe I didn't explained myself. Activating low and normal in that settings
windows did not affect anything, I only get critical notifications
