Hello in previous versions of E17 (alphas) I can take a shot and the
default name of the shot was the date and time, but with Beta changed it,
now takes the name of the first file in File List dialog.

Hmmm, create an application which runs the command:
qdbus org.enlightenment.wm.service /org/enlightenment/wm/RemoteObject
org.enlightenment.wm.Core.Shutdown()
That should logout. There's no dbus method to shutdown, as far as I can tell.

Yes, I'm sure. The problem is fixed now. I "think" it may have had
something to do with how my .bash_profile was source .bashrc. Keep in
mind that this is only a guess, but that was the only change I made
before it started to work. Regarding the missing keyboard layouts

Are you sure that you are looking at Settings/Settings Panel/Input/Keyboard
and not the Settings/Settings Panel/Language tab?
