You can find themes here:
http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/browser/trunk/THEMES. Download, run "make"
inside and move resulting .edj from build folder to ~/.e/e/themes.
The B_and_W theme is the default theme. But doesn't bodhi build e from svn?
Then the theme should already be up to date. Good luck.
