If you have an updated version of E17, try changing the "matching"
parameters in the window menus (use window name rather than window
class for instance).

I discovered a bug with ibar.
When I use the touchpad to move the pointer over the icons in the bar; and I
inadvertently use the scroll-area of the touchpad over an icon, it never ends
