In ver 16.5 of E, when you hit the key combo to arrange windows, it would
CENTER a single window on the screen.
Now that I am running 16.7, it arranges the window to the top left corner. Is
there a configuration change I can make to make it Center the window and not
put it in the

it's ok, problem solved, I did a complete new CVS checkout and
compiled it all over again and this time it compiled correctly.
Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks to anyone who sent a mail to give
some piece of advice.
