Yep, REMEMBER works fine at my comp's. (SuSE-9.1 / Gnome 2.4)
So, its only a workaround, I really would like to have it fixed...
Maybe I should update to gnome 2.6
By the way: I did not need to remember "sticky" (as in SuSE 9.0) -> the
panel stays even when I move to another desktop.
