[e-users] Themes not building

I've tried to build e16.7 and everything seems to go ok during the whole process without any noticeable errors. Although, when starting enlightenment it gives an error that the default theme is corrupted. Upon further inspection there are no themes in the /usr/local/enlightenment/themes directory
