[e-users] e16.6-pre7 is out

Changes since e16.6-pre6: Fix making windows that are slightly offscreen sticky. Switch to new menu generation script. I think the sticky thing has been responsible for quite some trouble with pagers and iconboxes disappearing (going offscreen). /Kim
