I've put up a developer FAQ for DRI. It's really just developer oriented
so it's complementary to the existing FAQ.
In the IRC meeting it was agreed that it should be on the DRI website
and its source on CVS.
Only the SGML source is on CVS. At this moment I still publicize in it
