I've tagged it and uploaded it. The big update this release is the
modesetting userland support. I'm skipping the "shortlog" as it's noisy
with the modesetting kernel changes that were merged and then reverted.
I'll also push the release script updates to modular that I (almost)
used to generate

OpenGL 2.x support is not planned for any Radeon driver in Mesa. You'll have to
wait for Gallium, unfortunately.
