This makes mga_do_dma_wrap_start()/mga_do_dma_wrap_end() 64bit safe... as
set_bit()/clear_bit() will cause an oops on an int on 64bit platforms.

I finally made it! I have a working mach64 dri on my compaq laptop(chipset mobility
M1). But the gears of glxgears look like hollowed out, and all 3D games (tried
tuxracer,tuxkart,doom legacy,gltron,open universe) are all messed up. I'll try to
