real files and directories exclusion.
i've seen other people requesting for excluding files and/or directories
during changes detection.

I think this is a useful aspect to Draco.NET. Currently, if we add files we know wont
change the build (for example a Word document), we simply allow
it to build regardless. The thought has always been, better to build than not to
build given the non-discriminatory decision making by Draco.NET.
